AutoCheckups quietly tracks every customer's last visit and sends the perfectly-timed check-in, survey, or review request — so relationships don't go cold just because you got busy.
No new app to learn. No customer data to migrate. Just tell it your rhythm, and it keeps the rhythm for you.
A lawn care business checks in every few weeks. A dealership checks in every few years. You decide the schedule — we just never forget it.
Each morning, AutoCheckups looks at every customer's last visit and decides who's due for a survey, a check-in, or a review request — automatically.
Emails and texts are sent under your business's own name, so customers hear from the people they actually know — not a stranger's number.
Your customer list lives in a plain spreadsheet you already know how to use. The moment a row is due, AutoCheckups handles the rest — no dashboard, no app to check.
| Customer | Last visit | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Maria T. | Mar 12 | — |
| Jamie R. | 30 days ago | Due today |
| Devon K. | 6 days ago | — |
No new tool to learn. You manage customers in the spreadsheet you already have — AutoCheckups just watches it and reaches out exactly when you said to.
Every check-in goes out under your business's name, in plain, human language — never salesy, never spammy. Here's the real thing, word for word.
You choose your own check-in schedule (weekly, monthly, yearly — anything) and whether surveys are included. "Your Business Name" becomes your actual business automatically.
Catch repeat customers before they quietly switch to someone else.
Stay top of mind across the years between purchases.
Gentle reminders that bring people back on schedule.
If you've ever thought "I should follow up with them" — this is built for that exact moment.
Every plan includes review routing, customer health tracking, and weekly stats. Upgrade or downgrade any time.
SMS is in final setup and will be enabled automatically for Growth and Pro accounts once ready — no action needed on your part.
Most of this is common sense, but here's what trips people up the first time.
Use MM/DD/YYYY (e.g. 04/10/2025) for Purchase Date and Last Visit. Other formats may get misread or skipped, so we stick to one clear standard.
Add, edit, or delete rows any time, and add new columns freely. But never rename or delete the existing column headers — the system looks them up by exact name, so a changed header silently breaks that data with no warning.
Something simple like cust_001, cust_002 works fine. It's how we keep track of who's who.
Health Status, Last Check-in Sent, Last Contacted, Survey Rating/Comment, and Survey Done? are handled automatically — no need to touch them.
A quick recap lands in your inbox every Monday, and the same numbers live on your row in the master sheet any time you want to check sooner.
Check-ins and review requests only go out once your sending email is verified. We'll let you know if anything's pending.
AutoCheckups is currently onboarding a small number of early businesses.
